Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This policy ensures that you receive cosmetic tattoo products that have not been tampered with and meet the highest standards of hygiene.

Defective or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at phi.me@hotmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us.

Refunds
